If the steamer doesn't do what this website says it does — on your curtains, your cushions, your clothes — send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Email support@garmentsteamerpro.com with your order number, and we'll send you the return instructions. We don't quibble about the box.
Warranty

What the warranty covers
Any fault in the steamer itself — heating, suction, tank, buttons. Email us with your order number and a short video or photo of the problem, and we replace the unit. It does not cover damage from drops or use with anything other than water.
